do you fix or edit wix/squarespace sites?
no. we specialize in high-performance, custom-coded sites that you own completely. we don't work within page builders because they limit the results we can deliver (speed, seo, and control). however, we can rebuild your existing site on our modern stack.
can i use my own hosting?
yes, but we don't recommend it. our sites run on specialized high-performance infrastructure (not cheap shared hosting). if you want to self-host, we can transfer the code to you for a deployment fee, but you will be responsible for all servers, security, and updates moving forward.
what is the commitment for care plans?
care plans are billed quarterly (every 3 months) to ensure we can provide meaningful, long-term support. you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
why are updates billed hourly on the managed plan?
the managed plan covers the technical necessities (hosting, ssl, backups, security). content updates are billed separately so you only pay for what you use. if you need regular updates, the essentials plan includes 1 hour/month at a discounted rate.
